Luma account and child safety

Account deletion

To delete your Luma account and associated data, open Luma, sign in, go to Account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm your password.

This removes your profile, progress, connections, messages and Luma subscription records. Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play.

If you cannot sign in, contact lumasocialgrowth@outlook.com. Do not send your password. Limited records may be retained where required for law, security or fraud prevention.

Child safety standards

Luma has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation material. Users may report child-safety concerns or prohibited content in the app using the report function or by emailing lumasocialgrowth@outlook.com.

Reports are reviewed promptly. Prohibited material is removed where applicable and reports may be escalated to the appropriate authorities. Luma cooperates with lawful investigations and follows applicable child-safety laws.
