Delete your Luma account

Luma users can permanently delete their account and associated data from the Delete account section in the Luma app.

1. Open Luma and sign in.
2. Open your account settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password.

This removes your profile, progress, connections, messages and Luma subscription records. Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play; deleting the account does not cancel a subscription or create a refund.

If you cannot sign in, email lumasocialgrowth@outlook.com from the account email and request deletion. Do not send your password.

Requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible. Some limited records may be retained where required by law or for security and fraud prevention.
